Rachel is passionate about helping people to accept who they are and live their life NOW. She says “I thought that when I lost weight I would be happier, but in fact I was so fixated on weight loss to the detriment of everything else. I self-harmed because I hated my body and it wouldn’t change fast enough. It was a real low point and I’m so glad that I was able to see that my weight doesn’t define me and to appreciate my body at its natural size and shape”.
In this workshop you will question your beliefs about your body and learn evidence-based strategies/skills for silencing negative self-talk and being more accepting of your body. Followed by a Q+A and body confidence meditation.
